Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. All orders are packed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Processing may take slightly longer during product drops or high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or address issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@dalstudio.co within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute orders once they've shipped, and aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
