Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Returns
You have 33 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, log into your account and request a return through your order history. Once approved, we'll send instructions on how to send your package back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you're unsure about your item, just reach out.
Exchanges
Return your original order and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
EU Orders
If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The same condition requirements apply, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.
